HENRY BADRA
Senior Geologist
Henry is a Geoscientist with over 17 years experience primarily in unconventional exploration and well planning, operations, and geosteering of horizontal wells.
Experience in multiple unconventional plays in the U.S. including the Wolfcamp, Barnett, Haynesville, Woodford, Niobara, and Eagleford.
Oversaw Geosteering in over 500 horizontal well operations in tight sand and shale plays throughout North America. International conventional experience in West Africa, Europe, and Australia.

TESSA TIDWELL
Senior Geologist
Tessa graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.S. in Petroleum Geology and has been in the oil and gas industry for over 10 years. Before joining Total Depth in 2021 as a Senior Geologist, Tessa spent seven years as an Asset Development Geologist at Jones Energy, LLC working in the Western Anadarko Basin and then three years geosteering and in operations at Apache Corporation in the Permian Basin (specifically the Delaware Basin side).
In her free time, Tessa enjoys attending professional sporting events here in Denver, checking out the local breweries and restaurants, and exploring Colorado, all with her wife, Lou.
EMILY BREHM
Senior Geologist
Emily Brehm is a Senior Geologist at Total Depth Geosteering and has been in the oil and gas industry for over 12 years. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a BS in Geology in Grand Rapids, MI. She started her career as a wellsite geologist in the Marcellus. From there she moved to Tulsa to work Quality Control and geosteering. She also has a strong background as an operations geologist, working for E&P Company’s in Denver. She has geosteered over 500 wells in the Denver-Julesburg, Williston, Appalachian, Western Gulf, Anadarko, Ft Worth and Permian Basins for the past 10 years.

MIKE MADISON
Senior Geologist
Since receiving his Master’s Degree in Geology from Northern Illinois University in 2010, Mike Madison has worked for numerous oil and gas operators such Rex Energy, Kodiak Oil and Gas, and Whiting Petroleum, as well as private equity backed companies. Mike has worked in a variety of geological roles ranging from operations and development to exploration and business development as well as consulting throughout numerous basins in both conventional and unconventional plays.

CHLOE HARMS
Operations Manager
Chloe graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and a Marketing and eCommerce Certificate, and was a collegiate athlete as part of the Women's Soccer team. Since then, she's done contract marketing work, and most recently was the Director of Recruiting at Northwestern Mutual. As Operations Manager, Chloe plays a role in client services, marketing, and organizing Total Depth client events.
Chloe enjoys playing in her coed adult soccer league, exploring her Hispanic heritage, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family.
